Underwriting

Valuation, title, entity, borrower, budget, insurance, and exit diligence are coordinated. Credit report fees and appraisal fees may be collected during this stage when required for borrower review and third-party valuation.

Approval & Docs

Terms are finalized, conditions are cleared, and closing documents are prepared. Final approvals are completed on Fridays during our investor meeting.

Funding

Funds are released when documentation, closing, and lender conditions are complete.
